Our AGM will take place on WEDNESDAY 8th JUNE 2022 at 12.30 at St. Andrew’s Church, Peterson Road, Wakefield WF1 4DX. Our annual report and accounts for the year ended 31st December 2021 will be presented to the meeting, and any elections to the Board will also take place.

Our Annual General Meeting gives our service users, supporters and partners the chance to hear about the work we have done over the past year.

The Trustees/Directors have the right to appoint a proxy under section 324 of the Companies Act 2006 and article 19 for voting purposes.

All are welcome to attend. Teas/coffees and light refreshments will be available.
