Healthwatch Wakefield are launching a new Digital Health and Care Project with engagement for this project taking place over 6 weeks and ending on 30 October. We would love for the voices of blind and partially sighted people to be heard.

The survey is available in different formats and there is the option to speak over the phone or via alternative ways to ensure the survey is as accessible as possible.
