Our helpline hours are 09.30 - 13.30 Monday to Thursday. Outside of office hours, please leave a message on our answerphone. Visits to the office are by appointment only, as we are a small team and work flexibly. There are times when we are out at events, home visits, or working from home. Please do not come to the St. Swithun's Centre unless you have a pre-booked appointment, as we cannot guarantee that the right person will be here to help you.
